In 1998 our founder who is gifted with the unique ability to identify opportunities in the market place uncovered a maintenance void in the Nashville, Tennessee business community. Although a vibrant city, the buildings, awnings, signs and sidewalks at prominent eating establishments and businesses were dirty, moldy and simply not well taken care of. This has all changed!
For almost twenty (20) years PINNACLE has been developing exterior cleaning techniques, eco-friendly cleaning agents and cleaning procedures which rival our competition in the industry. Our client list is impressive and includes large international companies, world recognized attractions and nationally recognized historical sites not to mention the many thousands of homes and businesses in middle Tennessee. Currently PINNACLE does business in seventeen (17) states which includes Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Utah, Idaho, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas , and parts of Oregon.

To date approximately 10,000 very small, small, medium, large, extra large and mega size projects have been completed but like all new businesses we also had a substantial learning curve. However PINNACLE never left a job site until we put a smile on the customers face. In the early days of our company when we were learning and developing our skills and techniques there were numerous projects that we had to re-do in order to make the client happy but we did what was right and was thankful for the learning experience. To this day and for the past many years we receive only adulation for our projects. Our skills are fine tuned and our clients love us and recommend our services to their friends and business associates.
